I just found out today I was accepted at the Sewanee Writers’ Conference. I’m very excited, as this is the first conference I’ve ever applied to. I don’t know quite what to expect, but there are some great writers on the faculty and I hope to learn a lot.

When did you submit your application? And how did you learn of your acceptance?
I got an acknowledgement of my application on March 2, and got an email notification of acceptance on April 20. They said I would receive a letter in the post, but I haven’t gotten it yet. I know of one other person who has been accepted and at least two others who are still waiting. Hope this helps.
